Install Nebula CLI

The installer prefers the offline-signed APT channel at https://packages.nebulacoder.com. Until that channel is published, the Website supplies exactly one immutable SHA-256-pinned bootstrap package and verifies it before installation.

Run the installer again to update; signed APT updates become available automatically after publication.

Nebula CLI 1.5.2 currently supports Debian and Ubuntu on amd64. Other operating systems and architectures remain blocked until target-native packages are verified.
